Hamish de Crespigny
Hamish is a co-founder and Director of Paloma Property Partners.
Before establishing Paloma with Peter, Hamish was a Director at Vantage Property Investments for 11 years where he was responsible for acquisitions and capital partner relationships. While there, he crafted more than 25 deals totalling over $830m across office, industrial and retail asset classes. His equity partners in these transactions were private investors, family offices and institutional capital throughout Australia, Asia and the US.
Prior to Vantage, Hamish was an asset manager for Macquarie Capital for five years and had previous roles in property development with Multiplex and agency with Gross Waddell.
Hamish’s key strengths lie in unlocking value-add assets and aligning capital with creative risk/return opportunities. He is passionate about hands on real estate transactions and is very experienced in repositioning and adding value to underutilized assets.
Hamish holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT and a Post Graduate Diploma – Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Peter White
Peter is a co-founder and Director of Paloma Property Partners.
Peter has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate sector in the Australian, NZ, UK and European markets with a focus on direct investment and opportunistic credit.
Prior to co-founding Paloma Property Partners, Peter led the Real Estate business for Australia & NZ at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Inc. (KKR) for over six years, which included joint ventures in the office, industrial and logistics, retail and residential sectors and targeted value-add to opportunistic returns.
Prior to KKR, Peter held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Catalyst Capital and Investec. During these roles, Peter gained experience in the acquisition and repositioning of assets, portfolio accumulation, provision of leveraged finance, non-performing loan acquisitions / workouts and corporate advisory mandates. This experience extended through traditional real estate sectors and into the student housing, short-stay accommodation and hospitality sectors.
Peter graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Economics).
Peter is based in Sydney, Australia.
